Trick-or-Treating in Andersonville
We heard about a trick-or-treating time in Andersonville and thought it would be nice to visit. It was a shop-to-shop thing, so it was nice just wandering up and down Clark street. We forgot the camera, so we're stuck with my cell-phone pictures. Sorry!
Luke is pretty apprehensive starting out. (He cried when we first put his costume on.)
Eventually, he started getting into it.
As we coaxed him to say, "thank you," he chose a more free-form response: "I like candy!" (And once he started saying thank you, he wouldn't stop!)
The suckers were his favorite.
Lots of cute kids in all kinds of costumes (sorry--no pictures). But Luke was the only bumble-bee we saw. Thanks, Mormor!

Very cute!
Hey! samantha loves suckers, too. I've had to coach her to NOT say "I wan sucher" when we walk into the dry clearner's.
