Which One's Older?

This strange story kinda makes you fall back, doesn't it?

A set of twins is born just as Daylight Savings ends. The first is born at 1:32 a.m. Then Daylight Savings ends, they set the clocks back, and the second one is born at 1:06 a.m., before the first! So instead of being 34 minutes older, he's recorded as 26 minutes younger.

Twins' stuff kind of intrigues me, since Kirsten's one.
