Here is the church, here is the steeple...

Last weekend Jim and I were greeters at church.

Luke and his friend Malachi were playing close by us, and folding their fingers together and making a pointy thing with their index fingers.

I thought, isn't that sweet? They learned "Here is the church, here is the steeple" in the Little Lambs sunday school class.

Then, to my horror, they shoot at people with their steeples as they walk in the door saying "Pow, pow...gotcha."

Yes, welcome to Hinsdale Covenant Church indeed.
